Classe 4
Occhiali protettivi per tutti i presenti, operatori formati, area controllata
Cabina chiusa con porta interbloccata
Classe 1

Cosa rifiutare
Interruttore della porta
Interbloccato, monitorato, interrompe l'emissione
Solo monitorato, allarme nel software
Rilascio chiave
Chiave trattenuta, bloccata in modalità funzionamento
Chiave rimovibile durante il funzionamento
Ripristina

An
enclosed fiber laser marker
is not automatically the better purchase. If you mark one-off jobs on large plates and need quick setup, enclosure makes every job slower, because you are opening a door and repositioning a fixture for each change.

Small marking areas in the 110 x 110 mm to 200 x 200 mm range suit a cabinet-style enclosure. Full-body access jobs, where the operator has to reach in and hold the part, suit an open machine with local extraction and eyewear — and if you need to reach in constantly, an interlocked door that you are always triggering is a machine your operators will learn to defeat.

The enclosed route wins when the part is small, the run is repetitive and the same people work next to the machine every day. That is the majority of precision hardware and medical work, and it is why the enclosed
fiber marking range
is the safe default rather than the premium option.

FAQ

Does an enclosed laser marking machine still need protective eyewear?
Not for routine marking if it is genuinely Class 1 with interlocks intact. You still need it for commissioning, housing-open work and galvo maintenance.

Possiamo trasformare in un secondo momento un marcatore a banco aperto in una versione con cabinet?
Raramente.

Quale filtro OD dovremmo tenere a magazzino?
